Its been awhile since I made a home brew, and I am not sure I aerated my brew enough for fermentation. I forgot to mix the wort back n forth a few times. The only aeration that took place was the adding of water to make 5 gallons. Will this be enough for the yeast to properly ferment? Is there...

So after the two weeks for carbonation, do I need to place the bottles in the fridge or can I leave them out at room temperature until I am ready to drink them? Or do I need to place them in the fridge so they will not spoil? Thx for any help
