    Brown Sugar Priming Amount

    About how much brown sugar for priming should I use for a 5 gallon batch of IPA? I'm thinking this will result in a nice balance to the brew. Thanks! :mug:

    Sediment layer typical in Secondary after siphon?

    Hey there everybody. I just transferred my beer to the secondary and I think I may have siphoned it a bit too quickly resulting in a 1/2 layer of sediment at the bottom. The beer is a little cloudy, I'm assuming this is normal? The sediment will settle back to the bottom? Thanks! :)
