Shout out to the folks in Portland and area.......Looking to do a 1264kms(canadian) 1 way from Calgary,AB to Portland and was wondering the best Brewerys and Bars to check out.

You want to leave it for aleast a week or 2.Just because you dont see action with the airlock does not mean its finished .Take a hydrometer reading every day and if it stays the same after 2 or 3 days,it might be finished.

Ya just keep them in a dark place or throw a blanket or something over them.

Sierra nevada pale ale is the best one i have done yet.

Just picked up a Bottle of INNIS&GUNN IPA......ZEN.ca is the only Liquor Company in Calgary,and in Canada to recieve this beer......will let you know what i think.
