    Hop Utilization if Mash efficiency is lower than expected

    Is there a simple way to correct hop additions if the pre boil wort is at a lower gravity than anticipated by the recipe? Ran a quick search couldnt find anything and am wondering for next time I come up way under :) Thanks

    Using TUMS Antacid for water modification

    Hackjob Tiered System

    Put this together after getting frustrated with slowly sparging using a pitcher of hot water and an upside down plate :) Worked great, have 3 bricks and a hotplate on top of the fridge and a sparge arm I got from Midwest Brew Supplies that worked great, put in an inline valve for adjustments :)

    What pressure to Ale yest stop?
