    What are rum barrels good for aging? I see people are buying them, but I've never really heard of any beer aged in rum barrels. Seems like whiskey barrels are all the rage for aging.

    My saison at 80 degrees

    I just brewed a saison with 3711. After a day my air died and the beer hit 90* during fermentation. It finished at 1.006 and tasted great. Don't worry.

    Wow, I just bottled this last night and loved it uncarbonated. I think I'm brewing another batch next week.
