for those that use a bazooka screen with 10 gal round coolers what is your dead space?

I have one cascade in a 20" pot that has several laterals about 30" long each. They have fallen over the side of the pot and are now wrapped back on themselves...growing back up on itself. Is this ok or should I have them grow up the main twine as well? What does everyone do with these laterals?

Right after boil last night used my new 20 plate Duda chiller. Water temp was 68, going full blast. Wort was being pumped with Chugger pump. I had to have the wort barely trickling to get 70. anything more and temp would jump way up....is this right? i was filling the fermenter at about 1/2...

So i have just kegged my first beer - the beer taste great but the head is different than any of my bottled beer. It is very small bubbles and almost frothy - reminds me of the topping on lemon meringue pie. is this normal for keg beer? fridge is set at 37 5 ft of line PSI is set at 12...
