    belgium wit question

    My last beer was a wheat that i bottled out of the primary after ten days and it came out great. I have a wit that has been in the primary for four days should I transfer it to a secondary after a week or let it sit in the primary for another six days and bottle it? Thanks. brm

    Good buy?

    I just bought a 100 grolsch style bottles for 25 bucks and can get another 100 in a week or so. Is this a good price or can I find them cheaper?

    How many gallons of EdWort's Apfelwein have been made?

    I just got my first batch of apfelwein bottled and have a new variation of apfelwein that is a cranberry apple blend that i just put in the secondary. I guess you could call it a crapfelwein that tastes great even though it isn't done.

    I just finished brewing up a porter and it went a lot better than my first brewing. Two things I learned this time, if you place your kettle of wort on top of a snow pile it will end up at the bottom of the pile and your girlfriend won't find it funny if you make the used up hop pellets look...
