    To sour or not to sour...

    So I brewed a brown ale of sorts last night and had more go wrong than in all other previous 7 brews combined. Newbie I know. I broke my hydrometer taking the pre-boil, and the most important and to note the title, I forgot to sanitize my carboy before putting the wort in. This isn't an OMG...
