most of what i brew is lager beers. I would say 75% of the beer I brew is lager. I did make a lagering chamber that can hold two 6 gal. buckets and two kegs at the same time, or it will hold 5 kegs.

Has anyone brewed this lately. I did it several months back and I don't really think the hop charachter came out right, any other observations??

OK, I converted this to extract and here's what I came up with instead of all grain. 5# Pilsner LME 3.5# Wheat DME It wound up tasting delicious. I'll definitely brew it again. Color is a tad darker than I thought it should be, but the taste oh the taste.

I think the only problem might be not enough bitterness, the 60 minute boil is to release the alpha acids from the hops. Did you ever get a boil? It will still be beer, I bet it will be ok. Report back and let us know.

I just put this in a keg in the lagering chamber, man it smells divine. I can't wait to drink it in a few weeks.

The quick disconnect is brand new, never been used, I don't think it's dirty. I replaced the o-rings in all three kegs. I have two quick disconnects that work fine on the kegs, it's just this one.

I am having this problem with just one CO2 Quick Disconnect (ball lock). I have tried the same QD on four kegs and it leaks on all of them. I have also tried other QD's on these same 4 kegs with no leaks, which leads me to believe it is the QD. It is a brand new QD. Am I missing something??
