    Difference in flavors between bottling and kegging?

    Can CO2 go bad?

    I have a 20# CO2 tank that I got from a distributor going out of bus. The stamp on it is '06. I'm guessing they've used and refilled it since, but not sure just how long ago. Can the CO2 go bad or stale? It doesn't smell bad or musty or anything...

    This may be a no-brainer but, if I have a 220, 50a welder outlet, is that breaker going to be too big for brewing? Im guessing my setup would burn down before the breaker ever tripped. Thoughts?

    Other than trying to keep your grains in an air tight container in a cool, dry place, with the fluctuations of a Wisconsin winter/summer, how do you keep moisture out of your grain? Those little packs from a bag of jerky? Can they be purchased? Other thoughts?
