Bad cellphone pic... BCS460 controlled, 2- 5500w elements that can run at once, brewers hardware rims tube, "tippy keg" Still need to mount the panel to the wall and put some finishing touches on it. So far its been working well.

I ordered one a month or two ago... It was supposed to be here already, still hasn't shipped. Now its looking like august? Oh well:) I'd like to find a touchscreen to work with it. Should be a fun little project

It is easy to remove, you just have to wiggle it a little. I used a 1.5" and a ripple element.

I used a long ferrule in my kegs. I didnt have to bend the element much at all, maybe 1/8" or so.

Cut bottom and top skirts off, weld the top one to the bottom.

Morebeer sells the fittings that they weld into their kettles. I dont see them on the website, so you'd have to give them a call.

I welded a stainless socket head cap screw to the cap that holds the element, located so that the wall of the ferrule prevents the nut from backing out. I need a lathe... :)
