    i completely agree with flars, there is no need to repitch again, the residual yeast in it should be plenty to carbonate it. just make sure to keep up with it to prevent over-carbonation

    i'd say throwing in some smoked oak chips at burnout or maybe 5 mins on the boil would add a smoky note, but i'd guess maybe .25 oz of it
