    On second thought I think I know what I did....my grain bag broke and about 1/3 of got in my wort. So a large amount ended up in the bucket and I didnt compensate for the volume loss...oh well. Lesson learned.

    I brewed this yesterday and accidentally left out the table sugar. Can I boil it on e stove in a couple cups of water and once it cools add it to the fermenter? Suggestions? I didn't think table sugar was conertable to alcohol. Is it just a sweetener or am I wrong?

    The only thing I changed was the base grains. I turned your 11lbs into 7.8 lbs of LME. The rest is the same accept my LBS didn't have wlp530 so I used wyeast 3787 which is the same strand. So I'll boil the malt grains about 40 minutes to make sure the sugar has broke then add LME in and boil...

    After adding my lemonade I was at 1.025. An hour later I had to change my airlock to a blowoff tube because it was so violent. It went strong for 2.5 days and now i have zero visible airlock movement. I'll check gravity on Saturday but my guess is it's pretty dry.

    I would say its a hybrid. I did steep the 3 malt grains albiet only a few pounds total. I guess since I left out the pilsner grains only its still considered a partial mash. Since most of the 2-row would have been converted out to LME anyway, I just did it all that way to boost the ABV a bit...
