    Aging Commmercial Beer

    I have a few bottles of a hellerbock "the Gift" from Starr Hill brewery that I've been sitting on since Christmas. I'm pretty sure it is filtered, so I don't know if aging it is doing any good. Should I sit on it for a bit more or just drink it?

    Any ideas for old pickup tube assemblies?

    Has anyone found a way to re-purpose the valve/pickup tube from their keggle projects? It's a good chunk of stainless, which I could run to the recylers. Thought that maybe the tube itself, or parts out of the valve assembly could be used for anything other than melee weapons :p
