    Thank you...yes I took it to my lhbs ...he said the same thing but after some tinkering around we figured it out that if we extend the spout and duct tape the edges we shouldn't have any worries. Thank you so much

    Hello! I just found this ...I think it's awesome so the heck what anyone says. I really want to make this into a masher. 1) is it possible ? 2) anyone got any cheap ideas/plans to make one. 3) is it hard to get started mashing ? 4) this is a 10 gallon cooler. In really good shape

    Star San is making me think twice about home brewing

    Just for good luck I do a shot of diluted star-San before each brew I do. Believe me it's safe. I make sure my keg has foam in it before I fill up. Ill put star-San in my air lock if I forget that I drank all my vodka. It's safe . And ill use it before bleach, hell I'd use soap water before...

    Yo wait another two weeks! I'm not a shaker I let it sit on 20 for a few days back it down to 12 and enjoy a week later..I can't wait 2 weeks! Might as well bottle it then! ;)

    I just finished conditioning a steam beer . I'm away from my notes at the moment but it finished right where it was suppose to be. I kegged it. And had a Lil left over. So I poured a small amount in a glass and tasted it. It tasted very sweet. Not like flat beer. It's been in the keg for 24...
