    Avery Reverend pseudo-clone recipe (advice)

    In the book "brew like a monk" they have there yeast as Wyeast #3787. They brew salvation then pull the yeast off that and pitch it into the Rev.

    Do you happen to have a Link for your fermenters? I would like to look into them. Thanks BTW is it pretty easy to control the temp with them? Do you use any heating elements to hold a 65-72 temp in a basment? Thanks

    First time off kit

    I have decided to go off the kit for the first time. I am brewing a wheat beer "easy st" I bought sweet orange peel to add. However this is the first time I have added anything out side of Irish moss. The bag does not say when to add the peels to the boil.
