You could always buy it online if you're that worried. I don't think ur Lbhs would toss you out over yeast. The grocery store wouldn't not sell you red star and grape juice...you can still make booze with that.

After pasteurizing 5 gals of apple juice I dissolved 5 campden tablets in boiling water and added them to the must and transferred to carboy. Next day I was getting ready to pitch and I spilled water out of the airlock and into the carboy. Should I be worried about contamination?

If you are happy with the taste-adding apple juice is going to alter that taste (whatever that might be to you) You could change the sweetness, acidity, balance etc. If apple flavor is the only issue I'd add apple flavor extract from the lhbs. But it sounds like you let the alc get high for the...
