    infected ?????

    it has been in bottles for 10 day's now, they are recycled bottles. Up to this point I have been cleaning the bottles with sodium hypo 12%. But this time I used oxy-san as directed. I have a couple in the fridge chillin, will let ya know results. Thanks for all the responses.

    Good day, I brew the ale perfect in the fermenter, bottled it it was clear. but now some of the bottles has what appears as some floating inside the bottle.:drunk:

    I pitched the yeast at 28C but after a couple it cooled to an average of 24C. It was down to 22C bottling time. there was no signs of infection r anything of the sort. hope age will improve it as i am not too fond of apple cider:drunk:

    hello all, I brewed the Coopers Lager that came with the microbrewery kit, brewed it for 10days was 1010 for 2days running. has had it in the bottles for a week now, but decided to test one tonight. the flavor kinda reminds me of an apple cider actually. I know it will improve with age, but...

    I brewed mine for 8 days came out clear, now in bottles will wait the allotted. this is also my first batch using a coopers kit
