My all grain kit for this is supposed to be delivered on Apr 3. I've got this, a Dogfish Head 90min clone and a Sam Adams Scottish Ale to brew up but I'm REALLY leaning toward doing this one first. ---Chris

Brew one beer with Simcoe and then the same beer with a substitution and you'll know the difference Simcoe makes. It's an amazing hops.
