    I like Edwort's Haus Pale Ale, what should I brew next?

    I am new to homebrew and I brewed a few patches of Haus Pale Ale (original and less hoppy - I like them both;) I have also brewed BierMuncher's Cream of Three Crops, which is a bit mild for my taste. What should I brew next?:confused:

    Sour Apfelwein

    Hi all, newbie here. I bottled 10g of Apfelwein last Sunday (2/20), and I have been tasting it since. It is very clear, very strong, and very acidic; but it tastes a little bit sour. It was a bit sweet when I bottled it, I guest that was the priming sugar. I am curious if it is supposed...
