    saison recipe help

    i'd like to brew a 5 gallon batch of saison for the spring/summer months, and have combined a some different pieces from different recipes i've seen - especially the kill devil saison. here's what i've got (forgive the excessive detail - it helps as a newbie) 4.5 gal boil steeping .5 lb...

    Starter vs. Clone kits

    hey all, i just recently started brewing, and have done 2 batches using the brewer's best starter kits. the beers have been fine, no problems, and were a nice way to get introduced to brewing, but i'm looking to branch out a little. i'm wondering about the clone kits available online...
