I did not scale back and had about 4.5 gallons. Tastes great. Smells great. Not overpowering at all.

Just poured the first pint from this batch and first for my keezer. Awesome. Great session beer and I forgot the coriander and it still tastes great. One I will make again and again!!!!

    Good breweries near DC

I am headed to Washington DC on vacation and want to hit up some local breweries. I wont have a car so something close to the capital where we are staying would be great. You know reasonable cab or metro distance would be great. Thanks

Does anyone have a good four peaks raj ipa recipe clone.

It's the best bar close to asu. I like San Tan brewery too up in Chandler and I would love to make their stout. I call it chocolaty goodness!!!

Does anyone have a good four peaks raj ipa recipe clone.

I love four peaks raj ipa. I attempted a clone 2 brews ago and it was far too malty. Not even worth posting as I dumped the brew. Any suggestions would be great.

American Pale Ale Cascades / Orange Pale Ale

I am making it without corriander because i forgot to add it. I am kegging it this weekend and will taste about a week later. I think it will still be really good.

    dumped first batch so sad

The problem was i was trying to make a British ipa. It turned out tasting like coors. I would never insult homebrewing with such a worthless clone. On to the next i suppose. Thank you for the bugle btw.

    dumped first batch so sad

It was a sad day. After trying to stomach it, waiting, trying again, and hoping that each day would impart a better aged flavor to the coors light tasting syrup beer i made... i openned the keezer to find one gallon of beer on the bottom of it. It was the last straw as i figured the beer gods...
