I am selling my electric brewery control system. It includes the control panel, two 5500 watt coils with cords, temperature sensor with cord, 50-AMP GFCI Protected Spa Panel, and approximately 30' of 30-amp power cable terminating in a three-prong plug.

Grain mill is a standard 7lb hopper Barley Crusher.

The control panel controls both the HLT and the boil kettle. The HLT is controlled by set temperature on the PID and the BK is controlled by by the PID by setting the element output between 0-100% to control the boil.

Here are some more pictures of the brewery. It also includes a 50-amp GFCI protected spa panel (not pictured). Also pictures is the NorCal Solutions multi-tier hop blocker for the brew kettle which I took out and pictures. I'm only looking for local buyers, not looking to ship the equipment...

I gave up using this set up for cleaning my kegs because it just wasn't cleaning the krausen ring on my sanke keg fermenter. I've been using the carboy cleaner for kegs from http://www.carboycleaner.com/. It works great, a lot less work too.

My typical brew day takes 4 hours for a 10 gallon batch (have dedicated HLT, MLT, Brew Kettle, and march pump) from start-up to clean up. I weigh and crush grains while the strike water is heating up. I heat up about 10 gallons total with my strike water so I can use 5 gallons of hot water to...

I've noticed with my keg washer that it works great on corneys, but it isn't able to break the krausen ring on my sanke fermenters. Anyone that uses sankes as fermenters had this issue? I still have to brush the inside krausen ring on the sanke to break it up.
