    Long primary time

    So I brewed a Belgian tripel exactly 12 days ago and my OG was 1.100. I added a combo slap pack of Belgian strong ale and dry champagne yeast and so far it's still bubbling......I'm assuming its not going to jack up the taste of my beer for being in primary for so long right?

    Carbonation question

    So I force carb all of my beers and seems to come out great, however when I bottle them from the keg and drink after a week or so after it seems flat in the bottles? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, -Rob-

    False bottom diy

    So I have a 10 gallon orange home depot mash tun and am looking a quick DIY project to make a false bottom. Any ideas??? Thanks jn advance, -Rob-
