    chinook ipa....dry hop?

    5.5 gal 13.5 lbs american 2 row 8 oz crystal 40L 2 oz chinook 60 minutes 1 oz chinook 5 minutes 1 oz chonook 1 minute my question is should i dry hop as well, or will it be too over hopped? and if i should dry hop what should i use? something with a lower AA? i wanted to use all chinook.

    Boil down question

    the recipe i am making calls for a 60 min boil, it is to yield a 5 gallons. my question is after extracting my wert from the grains i end up with 6.5 gallons, so therefore i need to boil this down to 5 gallons, at what point should i start my sixty minute timer for the boil? should i wait...
