Thank you for the nice comments. I've sent pictures of the tree to various Moosehead contacts with very little response. Moosehead on Facebook said they would feature of the tree there but I have been unable to contact anyone else within Moosehead.

Next after the black paint I built the star and added 8 LED tubes to the inner 4"x4".

I added lengths of 3/8" rod between vertical wood supports and welded them at each ring to give it strength to support nearly 500lbs of empty bottles.

Then I rolled 3/8" steel rod into rings and spaced them 5.5" up the frame.
