Legged 10 gal of this today. Can't wait till its carbonated. Had a nice pumpkin flavor and a hint of the spices on the finish.

Just finished brewing 10gal. of this up today. Hit an OG of 1.069 and used WLP001 for yeast. It was my first time using harvested yeast so I'm excited to see how goes. Here are a few picks from the brew day.

Sulfiting agents are a preservative to help prevent the growth of things such as mold. It is fine to use in beer and should not affect your brew.
