    North Coast Red Seal. Currently drinking a soda while I wait for family and friends to come over. Throwing a BBQ for 12 tonight. Kinda a pre-house warming house warming. There will be lots of beer consumed tonight, both home brew and retail craft/microbrews.

    I plugged the recipe into BS and it comes up a little low on OG. it shoes 1.077OG and color at 17.3. What was the point of adding those ingredients at drop of krausen?

    Thinking about brewing this. What grain would you recommend increasing to eliminate the need for the step mash? I was thinking about upping the Pilsner 2-Row to 7lbs and the Vienna Malt to 6lbs... input?

    Was at the local pub hanging with the owner/GM of Clown Shoes. Came home after a few pints to catch my Dad (visiting from out of town) in a rare form. He was wanting to sip on some alcohol and listen to music. I killed a bottle of wine myself so far and we are still going strong. What a great night!

    Yeah I have my bottles down stairs. Didn't want to get them for exact quote. I still have my 2010 and 2009 to drink. Looking to do a vertical here shortly. I would have aged it myself. :mug:
