Thanks for the replies. Got brave enough to sample it...and it is beer. Pulled a gravity and it has come down= 1.010..but tastes kinda green. Will just let it work...thanks again
This was my fourth batch. Mini mash kit from Austin Homebrew. It is Dragon Stout...brewed on Dec. 20. Tossed double Yeast ( White Labs - American Pilsner Lager 840). Very Little bubbler activity. Transfered to secondary Dec. 28. Man that bubbler took off and is showing little sign of slowing...
