My first brew since July. Was gonna do 10 gal of Two Hearted but was questioning if my cooler would hold everything so went with 5gal BIAB style.

Just mashed in 10 gal of IPA featuring citra, Amarillo, & Falconeres Flight Hops.

A bloody mary, breakfast of champions!!

Haven't brewed in a month, darn kids little league!! No time for an AG batch so doin my first extract in a year, callin it Citrus Bomb, 12 lbs extract, 2lbs grain, 7.5oz of citrusy hops...Sorachi, Cenntenial, Simcoe, Cascade, Citra & Falconers Flight. Right up my ally!!!!!

A homebrewed American Wheat to start then a Lakefront IPA followed by a Green Flash West Coast IPA. Celebrating my Friday night and a 6 day weekend!!

I have to admit...I've done nothing for beer but drink it lately. With Little League & soccer I've been way too busy. But today I WILL bottle my latest Hopslam clone AND my Citra IPA.

Bottled my RyePA & racked my latest Hopslam clone onto 3 oz of Simcoe hops.

Brewing a Double IPA featuring columbus, cenntenial, & Simcoe hops (heavy on the Simcoe) tonight then either a Citra IPA or a Wheat using sorachi ace hops tomorrow AM. Both brews using the BIAB method.

Shock Top Wheat IPA. Hadn't seen it before...it's an odd brew. Damn me for having to try any new beer I see. & they are not even pry offs!!!!

My Hopslam clone (4th attempt)....pretty good,but still needs some tweaking. Something tells me I'll be chasing this brew forever.

It's not the weekend yet but since I have the day off I just started the mash on my first 5gal BIAB brew a RyePA. Planning on doing another 5gal of American Wheat on Sunday.

A Windmill Wheat from a local Iowa brewery in Amana. Sitting on the patio, listening to tunes & browsing homebrewtalk....life is good.

Bottled 11gal of my spotted cow clone & racked my wheat. Hoping to brew 10 gal citra IPA tomorrow.

Morebeer.com is pretty cheap as far as kits go, plus is free shipping on orders over $59. They have a line of cheaper low abv kits for around $25 each.

I don't keg but have done that beer several times & once fully carbed it is absolutely perfect....I might have to go crack one open now.

22oz'r of Hopslam clone next up a Two Hearted clone...doin the Bells theme.

Just bottled 5 gal cascade pale ale & 5 gal Amarillo IPA. Heating the strike water for a 10 gal batch of Citra IPA....Also gotta rack my Spotted Cow Clone. Busy, busy!!!
