Well, I brewed this again yesterday, didn't change the recipe. But after the first one I did with the cream ale yeast I thought I try another batch. I was going to use a California common yeast, but remembered I had White labs American Farmhouse ale I use on something. So.. I will keep posted

I brewed this recipe about a month or so. I brewed 11 gallons and split the batch with 2 different yeast, US-05 and WLP 080 Cream ale blend. Both 2 very different beers, loved both. The US-05 seemed more crisper, more rye pronounced. and the WLP080 had more body more balanced. The us-05 is gone...

I used metal duct tape to cove the holes and gaps on my shop light coffee can heat set up

I pick one up from amazon and it came straight from china. It took maybe ten days to get to my door. Same price as the ebay one and free shipping.

I use an tin coffee can and a small aluminum shop light with a 60 watt bulb for my heat, works great
