I've been brewing for a little more than a year (I started in December 09). I started with extract brewing...and when I say extract, I mean a Mr. Beer kit I bought from Bed, Bath and Beyond while buying one for my brother for xmas. I was amazed when it made beer! It was like magic...it wasn't...
