    starter question

    My stir plate didn't come in on time and I've been shaking my starter to keep it going. Should I chill and decant, pitch the whole shabangabang, or let the wort sit and pitch tomorrow? 1.070 sg IPA. Been going since 5pm yesterday and wort is cool and ready.

    Mash tun size

    I've searched around and am still undecided. From y'alls experience, what would be the best size cooler mash tun for 5 gallon batches? It seems to me a 5 gal cooler is pushing it on the low side, but would 10 be overkill? I plan on fly sparging with a pump.
