    Almost eREADY

Great build...I eventually will get around to having the time and funds to build one quite similar. I need to take a trip down to the Fresno area to visit some friends sometime here in the not too distant future, and if your open to visitors perhaps ill drop by and drool in person :mug:

    My FULL-ON electric build thread

Subscribed.....I wish my PhD EE buddy lived closer, we would have a blast building something. Till then I'll just pretend I know what is going on here. And as one other poster put it, I wish I found this when it was complete...its like waiting for a new season of a show.

    Atlanta / buckhead GA breweries

Guys, I'm headed to Atlanta next week, any thoughts on places (breweries, pubs, excellent food) I might take a friend visiting from overseas?

    Another E-HERMS Build...

Question, what feature or function made you go with the brewtroller...ive been researching it vs using pid controls, and don't know which way I want to go.

    Another E-HERMS Build...

Nahh its just you've gone and made a huge percentage of us jealous! Nice setup, been toying with an all electric setup myself. And integrating the ferm chamber into the stand just makes too much sense

    Cider from a kit?

Well, two batches officially kegged. Final gravs at 1.000 and .0980. Makes me wish I took an initial reading. Oh well, they both taste pretty good even flat and warm.

    Cider from a kit?

Awesome, I postponed kegging as every time I look it is clearing more...looking at wed

    Cider from a kit?

I hope the bottles survive too, I generally force carb everything. The cider I'm sure is ready to be kegged was just waiting on a stout, think they're all ready...probably keg tomorrow

    Cider from a kit?

I can relate to that, but, more importantly I want to get these into kegs for more aging so I can have my bottles back ;)

    BierMunchers Rolling Kegerator (BYO Published)

I have more beer related projects going now than I have time to complete. However, this is one that is getting bumped to a high priority on the list, since I have a camping / fishing trip coming up with some friends. Seeing as how ice wont be easy to come by where we will be once set up...

    Cider from a kit?

I got lazy and didn't take an initial gravity reading because I was in a hurry. I have yet to take a current one as the airlocks are still both bubbling occasionally. Seems .996 - 1 is pretty common, at least from what I have read.

    Cider from a kit?

Ok, the smell has calmed down significantly after the first 3 days. My roommate was not pleased by the smell in the house so that's a huge positive. You'll have to let me know how yours turns out when done.

    Cider from a kit?

    Cider from a kit?

I've got two 5 gallon batches I did a couple days ago and stuck them in the closet. Be ready for some pretty nasty smells (of which I'm experiencing now) and from what I gather lasts about 5-7 days. I used corn sugar as well, however, one is using a true cider, and the other is simply tree top...

    Keezer installation brainstorming

Search the forums, somewhere on here a guy ran lines from his basement up to taps on the wall upstairs, insulating the lines, and said it worked fairly well, cool idea.
