Inexpensive way to get into a 20lb CO2 tanks

I'm the originator of this post. When I took my empty tank back to Pepsi to refill they said they couldn't give tanks to non-accounts anymore. The did give back the deposit. Think I had found a one time loophole. Ended up buying a tank on ebay and getting refilled at welding shop.

Central Montana Homebrew Club - Great Falls, MT

Would love a club although life usually gets in the way and meetings are hard to attend. I bet we could talk Bowser into letting us meet there. On second thought not sure if I can be in a club with a UM grad ;). Go CATS

    McMaster Keg O-Ring List

I see no need to go bigger then 10mm x 16mm x 3mm. It is plenty tight. Silicone is great or save some money and use Buna

Calling Accuflex Bev-Seal Ultra (3/16) experts

Tried the Swaging tool and it worked very well. Put it in a vice and pointed a heat gun at the tool. 6-In-1 Swaging Tool http://www.harborfreight.com/6-in-1-swaging-tool-66750.html?hftref=cj#.UyjTGahdU7B

    McMaster Keg O-Ring List

Thanks for the info. For both the pin lock gas and beer posts I have been using the 10mm (ID) X 16mm (OD) X 3mm (W) for over a year. They work great. https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f11/mcmaster-keg-o-ring-list-233086/index7.html#post4197250

I would guess your lower Conlon yields are due to lack of fertilizer. Your soil needs about 1.6lbs N, 0.3lb/ac P, and 5lb/ac K for every bushel. If possible the P should be 2" below the seed. Definitely try narrower rows, 7.5" and even 6" are common. Closer rows help shade the ground and...

    Montana Beers

Cold smoke is hard to find in GF as the brewery has had to pull back the area to meet demand. The best bottle shop is Vintage Cellars. Can't really take their beer on a plane, but stop by Bowser Brewing. Or if you are real bored we are cutting malt barley in the area. The sip n dip is a...

    Great falls brew club

Plans will likely change, but now going to soak in a water trough. Then sprout on my basement floor. Kilning maybe in a modified cloths dryer...maybe. I am very open to ideas.

    Name My Actual Farm

I like the word Surreal and the idea of one descriptive word. May have to get out a thesaurus. Is there a word that means honor past and look to the future.

Wow, you all are good. So many new ideas swimming in my head. Thanks for spending your time on this. Keep them coming. If I pick one ill send some wheat and/or barley. Name My Actual Farm

Haven't checked, but I assume those are taken as the Golden Triangle is a very large area and includes thousands of farms. Guess I wasn't clear. That name is used by a neighbor. I listed it as a reference of a name I like. Paragon Grains is also an example of a good name from a local farmer.
