It's pretty similar. The hop schedule is right on. Their is an all grain recipe somewhere on HBT that I got my hop schedule from. Those guys put a lot of research into the hop schedule, even speaking with the brewers at Ska. So I'm pretty sure that is 98% correct.

I've made 10 gallons. For a grand total of 19781.5 gallons for HBT.

My father also recently placed an order through AHS, and about a week later had a 250 dollar train ticket charged to his debit card in Europe. I don't know about you but there seems to definitely be a strong correlation here.

I'm kind of worried about this one. I added my strawberries directly to the primary after five days and then racked to secondary five days later. It smelt amazing when I added the strawberries. When I racked to secondary it had kind of a nasty smell to it. I'll let everyone know how it turns...
