Hey all,
Just started coming on here even though I've been brewing for about 2 years. Starting about a year and a half ago I started brewing nothing but all grain (5 gallon batches w/a 10 gal gott cooler for a mash tun).
Anyway...more to come...
I would definitely agree with everyone else about The Alchemist if you can make it down to waterbury. If not, American Flatbread was always a standby for me in the few years that I lived in b-town.
