I make all my Wheats w/just all Wheat DME/LME..... it's like 1/3 Wheat in them "generally"; I think some more perhaps?
I've never tasted Boulevards Wheats ? But, I generally go all Wheat LME/DME, some Noble Hops, and a Kolsch Yeast (cloudy yet Crisp and not fruity for me)
