    lots of brown sugar

    Hey folks, So I only had 2lbs Dry Malt Extract and wanted to make 5 gal. So I added 7 lbs of brown sugar. There's also a bit of grains/hops/american ale yeast blend...and even ginger! Any thoughts on how this experiemental brew will turn out with all that brown sugar?
