    Cascade

    Where did you get them from? My cascades (I bought 2 rhizomes) haven't popped up either. Columbus and Nuggets are both growing well.

    A keg in my kitchen fridge?

    I removed the crisper drawers and bottom shelf on mine. It allows me to fit 2 kegs with stuff in between them. Yeast jars also fit perfectly on the back ridge. I also do the occasional carb burst after a few beers like KevinM.

    2.5 gallon batch size equipment

    What percent of the total water do you mash with? I've just been mashing with all of it, but it doesn't seem to tough to mash with a little less and use that to sparge instead.

    I've had good luck using gelatin to help settle the hop flakes. Normally only takes a day.

    I have the same problem with one of my liquid posts. It seems like it's screwing into the dip tube, as it gets stuck before it even makes it to the threading it's supposed to screw into.

    Coor's Disposable Keg = Party Pig?

    I am currently using a TAD bottle (from the 4-pack on Midwest) with my Coors tap without a problem. The bottles are identical and work great. It's nice to have the bottles naturally carbing with the cap while waiting to free up the tap.
