As I was putting my hops in the freezer. I accidentally put my Safale 05 dry yeast also in the freezer. They were in there a couple of weeks. My question is: is the yeast still good or can I hydrate them and still use them?

I would differently stir your mash. My efficiency improved a lot after I started stirring my mash. I didn't stir the first couple of batches and was disappointed with my efficiency. I would say it improved about 15%.

I haven't used one for awhile. Just don't see the point.
