but I was wodering if it is possible to make wine with baker's yeast (active dry yeast) like saf-instant for example
as both are basicly "Saccharomyces cerevisiae"
any experience ?

active dry yeast (saf-instant yeast)
(I want to use this yeast becouse I can,t get wine yeast)
and Pasteurized grape juice
