Charron, I have tried in the past to get something together for us home-brewers in NE NC. I know of at least 5 Home-brewers in my immediate area...and would be more than happy to do some brew swaps with you. What styles do you prefer? :mug:

I dont think they ate the hops with the meat but rather just used them to impart the hop aroma/taste into the meat. Hop stuffed turkey? The possibilities are endless.

Ive mashed in and always try to do all prep work during this time. Using fresh homegrown cilantro. Ill definitly let ya know how it goes.

Im looking at brewing this beer this weekend. Planning on following the recipe as stated in BYO and DH extra Cilantro after tasting primary sample. Any recommendations before brew day?

I contacted the distributor. They are not taking on any new homebrewer accounts. The lady I talked to refered me to a retail sight... So for now group buy is on hold unless someone else has any ideas?:confused:
