    iSpindle Concentrators, Repeaters, Bridges, Hubs

Agreed....I really like the simplicity of it! It would be very easy to place on top of my fermenters. I'd have to modify it since I'll be using the 1.4" screen.

Just wondering if anyone has a link to the .stl files for the screen holder/stand? Cheers!

Fermentation mini-fridge list (brand and model)?

Nice! What can you fit in there?

Fermentation mini-fridge list (brand and model)?

Not to be a total pain in the a$$...but do you happen to a have a picture of the inside of your freezer with the 2 buckets in it? Cheers!

Fermentation mini-fridge list (brand and model)?

The more I look into this fermentation chamber idea, the better a chest freezer sounds. I brew 10 gallons anyway and space is at huge premium in my basement brewery. I was thinking I could put the freezer under a part of my brew bench (not under the keggles), attach the table top to the lid and...

Fermentation mini-fridge list (brand and model)?

Hey all, I had this over in the "DIY Projects" section and I wasn't getting any feedback...so I moved it over here in hopes of getting some help. I’m not sure about the rest of you guys…but not many stores in my area have mini-fridges on display…they’re all boxed up. Problem is, if I can’t see...

BrewPi@ESP8266, no need of RPI and Arduino.

Thanks very much for the quick reply! :mug:

BrewPi@ESP8266, no need of RPI and Arduino.

Cool! Thanks...that's what I thought, but it doesn't seem to do anything. I'll plug it in again tonight and let it sit for a while. With the wakeup function enabled in config.h....the screen should turn off on its own and then turned back on when I push the button? Or will I be using the button...

This might be a stupid question, but how do you pull "the pin from HIGH to LOW"?

BrewPi@ESP8266, no need of RPI and Arduino.

Quick question...what type of button should be used for the wakeup function? Momentary pushbutton? Cheers.

BrewPi@ESP8266, no need of RPI and Arduino.

Thanks for the answer pocketmon....I've got another question for you. And sorry to bring this up again, since I know you don't suggest using a rotary encoder...but I'd like the convenience of adjusting temps directly on the box. I'm having trouble with the wiring and changing the pins in the...

Quick question...how do I change the date and time settings that appear on the last line of the OLED? It is currently set for GMT. Cheers!

Just wanted to stop in and give a huge "Thank You!" :mug: for the awesome work being done here! I was in the planning/assembly stages of my iSpindel build and final stages of my BrewPi build when I wondered if it would be possible to combine the two...and I was ecstatic to find this thread...

    Thermoelectric glycol chiller

Just curious to know what kind of minimum temps you can get with this setup. Would you be able to lager with it?

Inline Duct Booster as exhaust fan?

Thanks @brandonnys...those are really valid points.

Inline Duct Booster as exhaust fan?

Mine would be a little different, in that the fan would be right above the kettle about 12" or so from the opening. If anything, I might add a large SS mixing bowl as a "hood". I've seen a few threads around here with people doing that. I'm also brewing in a small room in the basement.

Inline Duct Booster as exhaust fan?

Does anyone see an issue with using an inline duct booster fan as an exhaust fan? Like the one below. It is rated for the proper cfm I need (300), and I got it on sale for $ 35! My plan is it to use it as a fume extractor type exhaust system, where the fan itself will be placed at the end of...
