    3 ideas for stuck fermentation

    I brewed a NB Scottish 80 with S-33 yeast. SG was 1.051 and fermentation went well for the first 3 days. After that the temps dropped and I'm pretty sure fermentation is stuck - been 1.020 for the past week. I've tried swirling and stirring the yeast back up - no change. My 3 ideas are...

    Uncrushed roasted barley in Irish Stout
