local brew-pub has a pomegranate beer that the fiance loves ( and ill admit, is good) and since they only have it for a short time - can you bottle it from a growler to preserve some longevity ( standard 2-3months or so ) instead of ~ week from the growler, or would it be...
I'm fermenting some apfelwein right now. I only have a carboy and airlock - i dont have the meter for gravity.
The airlock has just about stopped bubbling, but i still see bubbles coming up in the carboy. I know I can let it sit for quite a while - i was planning on a week or two more...

Looking to brew it with this kit...
is Potassium Sorbate OK if its in the cider I want to use? It's a local cider, with "less than 1/10 of 1% for freshness"
Also, where is a good place to find Montrachet Wine Yeast? Local grocer? or is a brew shop the only place?
