i agree... i guess the question was more about the plastic and if/how it holds up to the PBW and STARSAN. is it a type of plastic that's okay to use with these chemicals? i'm assuming so since so many ppl are using them as conical cleaning pumps but didn't see any mention of this specifically...

I see a lot of folks are using these submersible pond type pumps for keg/carboy cleaning... running PBW and/or starsan through them. I'm wondering what type of plastic these pumps are made from? Safe for contact with PBW and Starsan? Here's some links to a few of them I've seen others...
