    Since I have a 10lb CO2 tank I just drilled a hole through the top right side of the wall and have the hose coming out the back. The CO2 tank is just sitting on the floor.

    The element was at the top of the fridge, I bent it down to the back so I would be able to fit a corny keg in it. I'll try the soapy water and see if I get any bubbles. Thanks!
