    sour wine

    I made 4 batches of wine this year. All from different AVA's. Used different strains of yeasts. did PH adjustsments to 3.3 to3.5. However, all batches tastes the same-SOUR! All are going through malo right now. Is it normal for wine right after press to taste so tart? Thanks, Matt
