After putting my blue moon clone from the primary to the secondary I noticed small white speckles on top of the brew. The primary was a bucket so I didnt notice untill I put it in the carboy. Also its a little darker then I think it should be.

Can I really skip the 2nd fermenter? I just brewed my 3rd batch. Its a Wheat beer blue moon clone. I know it should be cloudy like a blue moon. But if i skip the secondary Wont it make it "dirty". Also, What if i ran it through a wine filter before bottling?

Hello, Im pretty new at this. I just did my 3rd last night. Anyway, when I brew my wife complains about the smell. I have tried opening windows and lighting candles but she always ends up locked in the bedroom. Anyone have this problem? How can I fix it?

Im a newbie, Im on my 2nd batch. I have a dumb Question. I have About 2 oz of hallucinogenic mushrooms. These were Home grown (not found in the wild). What would happen If i chop them up and put them in my grain bag while steeping? I know that you can make tea. What about beer? :drunk:

I brewed my first batch last saturday night(american amber) by brewers best. About 16 hrs or so after I sealed the fermentor the airlock started bubbling pretty consistanly( about 5 times a min) after about a day it stoped bubbling all together. Is somthing wrong?
